Molecular Biology Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Molecular Biology Expert to join our esteemed team at Lifelancer. As a key player in the antibody development and engineering process, you will be responsible for advancing innovative molecular biology techniques to drive high-throughput recombinant antibody platforms.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead molecular biology and sequencing core facilities to develop next-generation methodologies, vector improvements, and cloning strategies for efficient high-throughput workflows in recombinant antibody development platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement successful protocols for effective transfer to operation teams.
- Serve as an authority in the field of molecular biology, sequencing, and antibody development, providing expert guidance and inputs to drive innovation and cross-team collaborations.
To succeed in this challenging and rewarding position, you should possess:
- A PhD in a relevant life sciences field, or a Master's degree with 5-10 years of experience, along with a strong focus on next-generation molecular biology, sequencing technologies, and antibody development technologies.
- Extensive experience in antibody development and engineering, including hybridoma, display technologies, single B cell, and other antibody platforms.
- Broad knowledge and experience in molecular biology, vector design, next-generation cloning, miniaturizing strategies for high-throughput gene-to-protein production, Sanger and next-generation sequencing technologies, antibody sequencing, protein, and antibody design/engineering.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot technical challenges and provide suitable solutions.
