Job Summary

This is a full-time remote opportunity to work as a Marketing Trainee, responsible for creating and implementing the overall marketing strategy. The successful candidate will focus on building the brand based on existing fundamentals and emphasizing its unique value proposition.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
  • Oversee both traditional and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Support the Director as a management assistant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Meta Suite (Facebook, Instagram), Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools is also preferred.
  • HTML knowledge to create mailing layouts is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • A management graduate with a marketing specialization is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience is required, but freshers can also apply.
