VP Human Resources Transformation Leader

Stratacent seeks a highly skilled and experienced VP Human Resources to develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Strategy Development: Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall global business operations objectives.
- Business Partnership: Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Culture and Engagement: Drive HR initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Talent Management: Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
- Recruitment: Oversee global recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding diverse talent for the HR Team.
- Talent Development: Develop and implement a consistent global talent management and succession planning strategy.
- Performance Management: Drive performance management system and improve employee performance globally.
- Communication: Manage internal communications with global HR team members and employees.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, coaching, and development planning.
- Analytics: Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to systems and processes across the globe.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Fosters a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and culturally sensitive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure global HR practices comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Education: Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in the HR role, with at least 5 years of executive HR experience and at least five years of international HR experience.
- Skills: Strong understanding of global employment laws, regulations, and cultural differences, Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Language: Fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
