We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead interior projects from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager who can oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret 2D/3D drawings across all disciplines, identifying design gaps and anticipating potential execution risks.
  • Develop detailed project execution schedules with clear task inter dependencies, validating and reviewing work orders, BOQs, drawings, and related documentation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to ensure quality control, while providing technical guidance and instructions to Site Supervisors (Project Executives).
  • Act as the link between Designers and Clients during the execution phase, maintaining smooth communication and sharing timely site updates.
  • Update project trackers, summaries, and circulate weekly progress reports to stakeholders, analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and oversee execution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines, acting as the custodian of quality and ensuring adherence to checklists and work method statements for superior outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Management/Construction Management, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes, or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong background in Project Management/Engineering/Architecture with 3+ years of experience, including hands-on experience in site execution, particularly in home renovation projects.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and mitigate risks proactively, possessing process-oriented skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of proactive, organized, and skilled prioritization.
  • Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn, with prior experience in Project Management/Operations mandatory.
  • Exposure to operations-driven startups is an added advantage.
