To succeed in this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students seeking higher education opportunities in the UK. You will provide expert guidance on eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level counselling to prospective students, addressing their queries and concerns regarding UK study inquiries.
  • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists to ensure students understand the process.
  • Guide students on education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options to facilitate their academic journey.
  • Convert inquiries into registered students by offering support and assistance throughout the process.
Application Process
  • Collect and verify documents from students to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Submit files for document assessment through partner systems.
  • Follow up with partners to resolve any delays or issues related to offer letters.
  • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance.
  • Assist in preparing CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) documents.
Visa Stage
  • Prepare students for CAS interviews by providing mock Q&A practice sessions.
  • Fill and verify UK visa forms to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist students in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Submit final visa applications through partner systems.
Post-Visa Support
  • Provide students with pre-departure activities such as accommodation and ticketing guidance.
  • Maintain regular communication with students until their departure.
Reporting
  • Record CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline reports showcasing conversions from inquiries to registrations, offers, CAS, and visa approvals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Convert at least 25% of inquiries into registered leads.
  • Ensure an average turnaround time of 10 working days for offer letters.
  • Achieve a CAS mock pass rate of 90% or higher.
  • Minimize visa file error rates to zero critical errors per month.
  • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene by ensuring complete and updated entries.
  • Submit weekly reports on time, every time.
