Senior Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in our design team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with the business objectives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Concept Development:

Work closely with clients or account managers to understand their business needs and develop concepts that meet their requirements.

Design Briefs and Campaign Planning:

Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by researching information and analyzing data.

Design Creation and Presentation:

Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.

Team Collaboration and Feedback:

Collaborate with a wide range of media professionals, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc., and provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.

Emerging Technologies and Trends:

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising, including AI tools like MIdjourney and FireFly.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:

Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign, as well as other software such as After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.

Design and Artistic Abilities:

Excellent design and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Leadership and Time Management:

Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and guide junior team members, while also possessing great time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
