Job Title: Compliance Process Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of policies and processes that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management, and be able to determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and adhere to all compliance related items and assist in external and internal audits.
  • Responsible for strengthening systems, control, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure all RBI related circulars are strictly adhered to.
  • Good understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management.
  • Responsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes including reporting to RBI / AML / CPU Teams.
  • Determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products.
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration, and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Build synergies and efficiencies by way of customer-centric processes.
  • Interact and coordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines.
  • Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; Act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies & processes.
  • Identify duplicate, redundant, and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of the front-line staff.
  • Ensure processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines.

Requirements:

Education:

We require an MBA from a reputable Tier 1/Tier 2 college. Prior experience in setting up policies & processes for Liabilities Products is an added advantage.
