Job Title: Technical Lead for Scalable Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technical lead to drive the development of scalable and maintainable solutions for our existing websites.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and deploying cutting-edge front-end architecture.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end code, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new skills and knowledge into team projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop modular, reusable front-end components that adhere to best practices for accessibility, usability, and maintainability.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to plan, estimate, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers to help them grow professionally and improve their skills.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and contributing to the improvement of the overall codebase.
  • Ensure all changes are thoroughly tested before deployment, using automated testing tools where possible.
