Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned testing expert to lead and oversee our entire end-to-end Testing Automation Process, from strategy to execution.

  • Leverage your experience in software testing to design and implement efficient testing practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Provide comprehensive Testing and Automation Strategy for newly developed features, ensuring seamless integration with development teams.
  • Conduct thorough Test Case and Code Reviews to ensure quality of test cases, optimal test coverage, and high-quality automation code.
  • Actively participate in planning meetings and collaborate with development teams to guarantee quality at all levels of the SDLC.
  • Deliver accurate estimations for both Manual and Automation testing efforts, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance metrics and Automation Return on Investment (ROI), reporting them effectively to management.
  • Identify the right tools and set up the automation framework for UI, API, and unit level testing, streamlining testing processes.
  • Work tirelessly to increase Automation confidence by reducing random test failures and improving test stability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Development team, ensuring code is delivered with high code coverage and quality.
  • Recognize application performance bottlenecks and suggest the right tools and test strategies for Non-Functional Testing, enhancing overall system performance.
  • Foster the growth of the QA Team by guiding and mentoring them on testing and automation tools, frameworks, and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Software Testing (QA) with a strong focus on automation.
  • Expertise in leading and implementing end-to-end test automation processes, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript for developing automation scripts, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks for UI, API, and unit levels, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and setting up pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment processes.
  • A proven track record of providing strategic direction and estimations for testing efforts, with a focus on delivering value to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, with a passion for empowering team members.
