Job Title: Cybersecurity Professional

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zscaler technologies, Zero Trust cybersecurity principles, and experience in managing cloud-based security platforms in enterprise settings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Policy Administration Maintain and update security policies, access controls, and authentication settings. Ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance frameworks.
  • System Monitoring & Reporting Continuously monitor dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics. Provide clients with regular reports on threat activity, usage trends, and compliance status.
  • User Support & Issue Resolution Provide user support for Zscaler-related issues. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve connectivity, access, and policy-related problems.
  • Documentation & Change Management Maintain detailed documentation including configuration records, troubleshooting guides, network diagrams, and change logs.
  • Client Engagement & Coordination Participate in client meetings, status calls, and planning sessions. Communicate technical updates, policy changes, and recommendations clearly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years in IT security administration
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and Zscaler technologies is essential.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX configuration and management
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Knowledge of identity provisioning
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools and endpoint protection platforms
