Job Overview:
A global accounting professional is required to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance. This role involves preparing and processing invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports and support senior team members in client deliverables and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Support senior team members in client deliverables and financial analysis
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, or Finance
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis
  • Exposure to cloud-based accounting software (Quick Books, Xero, Zoho) is preferred
