Job Title: IT Executive

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement IT strategies, standards, and procedures to ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
  2. Manage and oversee IT teams, including system administrators, developers, desktop engineers, and support staff, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions that align with company objectives and compliance requirements.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and maintain documentation and procedures for audits.
  5. Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, within budget and on schedule.
  6. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate relevant advancements into the company's IT strategy to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in managing and troubleshooting VM environments, hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Advanced experience in software & hardware troubleshooting across a range of systems and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture and internet connectivity, including management of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management, including group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
  • Excellent in network administration, configuring routers, switches, firewalls (specifically Palo Alto), and VPNs.
  • Experienced with server management, installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.
  • Familiar with AI/ML configurations (ex: CUDA) to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services such as Azure AD, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow), and the ability to align IT services with business needs.

Requirements:

  1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse IT team.
  2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Project management experience, delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  5. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  6. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, ITIL) are preferred.
  7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science (OR) MCA.
  • 8-10 years of experience.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in leading/managing an IT team/projects.
