Senior Salesforce Delivery Leader/Engineering Leader Position

As a senior leadership position, this role focuses on driving end-to-end Salesforce delivery for global enterprise clients. It involves managing complex programs across various Salesforce clouds, ensuring high-quality engineering execution, delivery governance, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce delivery or engineering leadership, with a strong track record of enterprise Salesforce implementations. They should be able to collaborate with clients, architects, and technical teams for solution alignment, build and lead high-performing Salesforce teams, and drive Agile, DevOps, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud) that meet client expectations.
  • Manage delivery timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
  • Lead and develop high-performing Salesforce teams.
  • Drive Agile and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • 17 to 22 years of total IT experience.
  • 10+ years in Salesforce delivery or engineering leadership.
  • Strong track record of enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience in IT services or consulting environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
