A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Observability Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an expert in designing and implementing scalable synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • You will lead the adoption of Dynatrace APM with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Your onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources should focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • You will integrate observability tooling to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
  • Partner with security teams on compliance, threat detection, and governance related to monitoring.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
