IT Auditor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Auditor to join our team at BDO. As an IT Auditor, you will be responsible for examining and analyzing internal controls and IT system risks by performing IT audit work, developing audit scope, procedures, and preparing audit reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Department's information processing controls across process cycles
  • Report key findings and outcomes of the assessment of the IT System and IT risk environment and its related controls
  • Pro-actively identify other areas of IT System initiatives and changes in the IT System environment and assess their impact on the IT System control environment
  • Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IT risks and improve overall IT governance
Requirements:
  • 6 years of experience in IT Audit, with at least 5 years of experience in IT Audit in a heterogeneous IT environment
  • Experience in IT Security, Quality Assurance, and ISO/CMMi Auditing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT operations and experience in executing audits that includes network/cloud platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
