Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents about our courses
  • Champion the entire student cycle, from prospecting to admission, orientation, support, satisfaction, retention, and productive output
  • Interact with students and parents on a routine basis
  • Clarify doubts of students and parents
  • Manage fee structures and fee software for different programs
  • Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes
  • Coordinate with other centers in the region
  • Liaise with the Head Office in Delhi for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes, and other offers
  • Handle assigned administrative responsibilities

Desired Profile

  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and the Internet
  • Pleasing personality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English and Hindi is a must)
  • Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and able to get the job done
