Visual Designer

Craft visually compelling stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints as a marketing expert at a creative agency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Websites and Landing Pages: Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives to enhance user experience.
  • Social Media and Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives that drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Blogs and Long-form Content: Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles to convey key messages effectively.
  • Emails: Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates to improve open rates and click-through rates.
  • Print and Event Collateral: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events that reflect the company's brand identity.
  • Pitch Decks: Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations that showcase the company's vision and products.
  • Video Editing and Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content and engage audiences.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels to strengthen the company's brand image.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work and experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices to deliver results-driven designs.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to drive success.
