Job Overview:

The role of Content Delivery Supervisor involves overseeing a team responsible for technical quality control and content ingest into platforms. This includes ensuring the highest standards of quality through rigorous testing and fostering excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily scheduling to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  2. Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency and output quality.
  3. Track weekly forecasts, progress reports, and monthly delivery metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvement.
  4. Oversee the implementation of quality procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and security protocols.
  5. Develop and maintain team metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and promoting a culture of excellence.
  6. Coach and mentor employees, providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities to foster growth and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, with excellent language skills (English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of navigation.
