Project Management for ACH Clearing House Initiatives

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end project management for Automated Clearing House (ACH) clearing house initiatives, including application upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.

To ensure timely and accurate ACH processing, the successful applicant must be able to coordinate with banks, financial institutions, internal teams, and vendors to guarantee compliance with NACHA and other payment file format standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled technical program manager who can collaborate with technical teams to support integration, testing, and validation of ACH and check clearing file formats (NACHA, X9, ISO 20022, etc.).

Additionally, the candidate should be able to facilitate communication between participants, bank users, technical teams, and external vendors to align on requirements and resolve issues.

Impact assessments, project documentation, and adherence to governance and audit standards will also be key responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking project performance and providing regular reporting to senior management.

Lastly, they will drive process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices in ACH operations and payment systems.
