Job Title: Premier Project Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of complex water supply and irrigation projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, effective task prioritization, and strong leadership skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  2. Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and progress monitoring.
  3. Evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental considerations, and quality control standards.
  5. Fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning within the project team.
  6. Cultivating relationships with key partners, vendors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project progression.
  7. Managing conflicts, negotiating resolutions, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in water supply or irrigation projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and construction software.
