Accounting and Taxation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Taxation Specialist to maintain accurate financial records, with a focus on journal entries and reconciliations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, including IFRS and GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial statements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Collaborate with the tax team to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on accounting and taxation matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) preferably in finance & accounts (i.e., B.com, M.com)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS & GAAP)
  • Candidate should be a certified CA Inter
  • Candidates to have registered EPs

Working Hours: Australian Shift (4:30 AM to 1:30 PM)
