Associate Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our IT and Managed Services projects as an Associate Project Manager. This role requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in project management concepts, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience delivering projects in a Managed Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Drive service delivery with governance, compliance, and Continuous Service Improvement (CSI), focusing on SLA-driven performance.
  • Cascade issues efficiently, coordinating resolution for Severity 1 & 2 concerns.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive coverage rosters to ensure seamless support.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of Root Cause Analysis documents to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize project backlogs effectively, collaborating closely with client stakeholders to meet expectations.
  • Anticipate potential risks proactively, addressing them promptly before escalation occurs.
  • Maintain consistent reporting cadence to clients and internal leadership, providing clear visibility into project progress.
  • Diligently document and track all activities with meticulous attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong foundation in project management principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects within a Managed Services framework.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including iterative development and continuous integration.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, driving projects forward with strategic direction.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional documentation skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong proactive risk anticipation and mitigation capabilities to safeguard project success.
