Regulatory Horizon Scanning Solutions Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Horizon Scanning Solutions Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design and deployment of an innovative AI-driven Regulatory Horizon Scanning solution.

This project aims to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and advanced analytics to automatically monitor, interpret, and analyze regulatory updates across multiple jurisdictions.

The Regulatory Horizon Scanning Solutions Developer will be responsible for continuously monitoring global and regional regulatory bodies for new and updated regulations, consultation papers, and guidance. They will build and optimize AI-enabled pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured regulatory publications, automate the classification of regulatory documents using NLP, LLMs, and machine learning to identify topics, obligations, timelines, and impacted regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain AI-powered pipelines to extract relevant information from regulatory publications
  • Design and implement data warehouses and data lakes to store and manage regulatory intelligence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contextualize regulatory changes and develop actionable insights
  • Train and fine-tune NLP/GenAI models to improve regulatory document interpretation and summarization

Requirements:
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
  • Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing and text analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
