Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to ensure seamless functionality across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans for NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Shopify eCommerce, and Celigo integrations.
  • Verify real-time data syncs between systems and debug API failures.
  • Audit error logs and escalate to developers.
  • Log defects in Jira/Monday.com and track resolution SLAs.
  • Build automation scripts using Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is highly valued.
