Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in programming with Go, Node.js, or Python
  • A strong understanding of Realtime Systems, Redis, Websockets, Event-Driven Architectures
  • Expertise in databases such as MySQL, Firestore, Realtime Database
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like GCP and experience with CI/CD tools
  • Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
  • The passion for mentoring and grooming engineers
  • Curiosity about learning new tools, discovering innovations, and setting up new processes to make us better
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This compensation package includes a base salary, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
