Trade Compliance and Logistics Expertise

As a seasoned Trade Compliance and Logistics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the upgrade to SAP GTS 4 HANA, ensuring seamless transitions and providing ongoing support for live sites. This role combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills, working across global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the upgrade process to SAP GTS 4 HANA, guaranteeing a smooth transition.
  • Offer sustained support for active sites post-upgrade, resolving issues and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade needs.
  • Support comprehensive testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, encompassing roles, reports, and training materials.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an SAP GTS Consultant (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).
  • Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
