Social Media Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media campaigns that drive engagement and admissions growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create and execute daily social media content calendars across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  2. Design and manage paid social media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to generate quality leads.
  3. Collaborate with the creative designer to create high-converting ad creatives, reels, and graphics.
  4. Write engaging ad copies, campaign content, and captions that resonate with students and parents.
  5. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
  6. Manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage prospective students and improve conversion rates.
  7. Align closely with the Admissions & Outreach team to ensure lead quality and conversion optimization.
  8. Innovate with campaign strategies for scholarship tests, education fairs, school outreach, and admissions push.
  9. Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, paid ads, and performance marketing.
  10. Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management + paid marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO basics, campaign funnels, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced education sector environment.
