Arthan is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead the design, testing, and deployment of digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate concept documents into actionable project roadmaps.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
  • Oversee solution design, testing (sandbox & UAT), and deployment.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, procurement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and IT vendors.
  • Deliver solutions within 12 months, ensuring compliance and security standards.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, or large government organizations. Strong skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation are essential.
