Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of back-end systems that support our maritime operations platform.

This role will require you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of backend services with frontend applications, databases, and other core systems. Your expertise in back-end technologies will be crucial in delivering high-performance and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the maritime sector.

You will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of software developers, providing mentorship and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity. You will also contribute to the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and efficient software architecture.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, including debugging and performance analysis, as well as experience in developing web applications and APIs (REST, XML, open sources) and good knowledge of any framework Django / Flask.

We are looking for someone with considerable expertise in secure software development and handling of sensitive data. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in DB design & Architecture with focus on performance, knowledge of caching techniques and utilities like Memcache / Redis, and experience working on Apache, Nginx, or any other web/app server.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of software developers.

  • Knowledge of caching techniques and utilities.
  • Experience working on web/app servers.
  • Experience in containerization tool Docker.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
