About the Job

The Job Operations Executive plays a vital role in ensuring seamless branch operations, responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong self-drive, and enthusiasm to work with diverse product sales.

  • Develop and maintain accurate MIS reports for the central Ahmedabad branch team.
  • Verify customer KYC documents and secondary information efficiently.
  • Promote timely payments from customers and ensure compliance with organizational norms.
  • Conduct thorough file checks to guarantee completeness and relevance of entries.
  • Process and disburse pending files effectively.
  • Enhance customer relationships by verifying KYC documents/details.
  • Manage administration tasks for the Navrangpura Ahmedabad branch.
  • Foster strong customer connections by following up on queries and concerns.
  • Cross-sell BFSI products to current customers, expanding the customer base.
  • Screen customer segments as per organizational standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending enrollment/KYC forms.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong self-drive and enthusiasm to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • A graduate degree in any field (12th pass with 3+ year degree).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operation of BFSI Industry.
