Job Description
  • Develop creative concepts and designs for bags and other fashion items, ensuring they align with our brand's values and aesthetic.
  • Conduct thorough research on materials, trends, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate closely with artisans and manufacturers to ensure smooth execution of production and achieve desired results.
  • Evaluate materials based on quality, durability, and environmental impact, selecting options that minimize waste and maximize sustainability.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Oversee the creation of samples and prototypes to refine designs and ensure quality, making adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect and approve final products to meet our high-quality standards, addressing any quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry developments, identifying emerging trends and incorporating them into our designs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of sustainable design principles and materials, applying this knowledge to create products that are both stylish and environmentally responsible.
  • Proven experience in accessory design and development, with a degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to balance form and function.
  • Passion for ethical fashion and a commitment to sustainability, with a desire to make a positive impact through design.
