Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Office 365, including the Microsoft Admin Center.
  • Oversee user accounts, groups, licenses, permissions, and Teams management.
  • Perform Outlook migrations and domain management.
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
  • Administer and manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, and IAM roles/policies.
  • Monitor system performance using CloudWatch and implement security measures and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on AWS services and updates.
On-Premises and Server Management:
  • Oversee local on-premises servers and application servers for optimal performance and security.
  • Install, configure, and manage Linux/Ubuntu operating systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support server-related needs.
Web Hosting and Application Management:
  • Manage hosting services on platforms such as cPanel and Hostinger.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Apache and Nginx web servers.
  • Ensure secure and efficient hosting of websites and web applications.
IT Asset and Hardware Management:
  • Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory tracking and maintenance.
  • Allocate and distribute laptops to employees, ensuring proper configuration and security.
  • Track laptop assignments and returns and troubleshoot hardware issues.
Business Tools and Applications:
  • Implement and manage business tools such as Zoho, Jira, and HRMS systems.
Technical Support:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
  • Provide end-user technical support to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain security measures, patches, and updates across systems.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security best practices and compliance standards.
Documentation and Policies:
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
  • Define and implement IT asset management best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with:

  • Proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Microsoft Admin Center and Teams management.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM) and infrastructure management.
  • Experience with Linux/Ubuntu systems and hosting environments such as cPanel and Hostinger.
  • Hands-on experience with web server management (Apache and Nginx).
  • Familiarity with business tools like Zoho, Jira, and HRMS.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, and servers.
  • Knowledge of IT asset and inventory management.
  • Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
