Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned professional with strong data analytics skills and experience in the retail banking domain.

This client-facing position involves analyzing complex data sets to drive business insights, designing SQL queries to extract and transform data, and developing reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of loan and retail banking data to uncover trends and opportunities
  • Designing and executing SQL queries to ensure accurate and efficient data extraction
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards that meet stakeholder needs
  • Applying data warehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in data analytics
  • Strong knowledge of the retail banking domain
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL querying, optimization, and debugging
  • A solid understanding of reporting concepts and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts including ETL, schema design, and fact/dimension tables
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Candidates with the following skills will be considered highly desirable:

  • Experience working directly with BFSI clients
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, visualization, or automation tools
