**Job Opportunity:**

Strategic Product Leadership

Join us in driving the success of our product offerings by overseeing their strategic planning, development lifecycle, and launch cycles. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, analyzing competitors, and developing effective product roadmaps.

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement product segment strategies, ensuring seamless communication with technology development resources.
  3. Participate in sprint planning discussions to refine product backlogs and ensure alignment with overall product vision.
  4. Translate product strategy into actionable requirements for engineering teams, enabling them to deliver high-quality products.
  5. Develop comprehensive product strategy documents outlining business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue projections, and ROI analysis.
  6. Review and provide feedback on development team outputs to ensure they meet product vision and standards.
  7. Serve as a key liaison between customers, internal development groups, and other stakeholders.
  8. Manage CRM/Jira for internal tracking and monitoring progress against project timelines.
  9. Maintain a close watch on development items, ensuring timely execution and delivery within expected timelines.
  10. Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and address new requirements through the Hubspot Ticketing system.
  11. Generate monthly usage reports for accounting purposes, providing valuable insights into product performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Minimum 4-10 years of experience in product management within the healthcare domain.
  2. Self-motivated individuals with a passion for envisioning the future direction of products are highly desirable.
  3. Prior product management experience is beneficial but not mandatory; junior candidates without experience may also apply.
  4. Candidates should possess knowledge of technology and healthcare product platforms, with excellent communication skills.
  5. Able to understand and articulate solution visions, drive details, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in English and Malayalam languages is essential.
