We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-native software. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging machine learning to create innovative solutions.

Job Description:

  • Design and build AI-enabled products that harness the capabilities of large language models and foundation models.
  • Develop high-performance search and retrieval systems, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Evaluate and assimilate emerging techniques into our production systems, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in frameworks like Ray being a plus.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with a strong emphasis on automation and scientific thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
