About the Job

As a Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for programming surveys using tools like Forsta. You will ensure surveys are user-friendly, branded correctly, and effective for data collection.

You will also implement rigorous testing to guarantee accuracy in survey designs and manage the end-to-end data collection process for surveys. Additionally, you will coordinate with the translations team to ensure survey questions are translated into multiple languages.

Furthermore, you will set up dashboards (in Forsta Studio) for real-time customer feedback monitoring, assist users in accessing the dashboards and the data, and support the improvement of existing reporting tools to increase data accessibility and usability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program surveys using tools like Forsta.
  • Implement rigorous testing to guarantee accuracy in survey designs.
  • Manage the end-to-end data collection process for surveys.
  • Coordinate with the translations team to ensure survey questions are translated into multiple languages.
  • Set up dashboards (in Forsta Studio) for real-time customer feedback monitoring.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data management, Market Research, Statistics or IT).
  • Knowledge of data validation, quality control processes, and basic data analysis techniques.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, including skills in data cleaning, creating pivot tables, and making charts/graphs.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback systems, real-time dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Experience coordinating data input tasks is a plus.
  • Experience in data collection, survey programming, and management tools like Forsta (or similar survey software) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
