Sr Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst Safety ART

As a Sr Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for identifying and prioritizing system enhancements and new functionalities. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with business users, data owners, and product owners to ensure seamless delivery of PV systems.

  • You will provide guidance and set documentation standards, acting as a liaison between IS and PV business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Support daily operations and maintenance of PV systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes to maintain high system uptime.
  • Lead or support technical implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with IS Change Control and GxP validation processes, while delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Author computer system validation (CSV) documents in alignment with regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Contribute to business case development, workshops, and RFP processes, utilizing your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Engage with vendors and platform owners to assess capabilities for solving compliance or business needs, fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements for PV systems, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree with 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, IT, or related field OR Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of experience OR Diploma with 7–9 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in health/life sciences and IT as a Business Analyst supporting SaaS applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Skilled in business requirements documentation.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and project delivery.
  • Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, data analysis, and change control.
