Senior Executive Engineer Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Senior Executive Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can plan and execute preventive maintenance of process equipment, including vial filling, vial washing, tunnel, and isolators. Your responsibilities will include entering online checklists for carrying out preventive maintenance according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

You will also be responsible for attending to breakdown maintenance in compliance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) for process equipment. Additionally, you will adhere to cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines while performing all activities. Furthermore, you will maintain good coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.

Your expertise in managing spares for all process equipment and operating and maintaining HVAC systems will be crucial in ensuring the continued operation of our equipment. You will also ensure clean room parameters are maintained and troubleshoot as necessary.

Other key responsibilities include planning and preparing purchase requests with spare and work details according to the format, coordinating with vendors for covered equipment under annual maintenance contracts (AMC), documenting preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance, and executing running projects, new projects, or plant extension works.

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance of Process equipment, including Vial filling, vial washing, Tunnel, and isolators.
  • Enter online checklists for carrying out preventive maintenance according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Attend to breakdown maintenance in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for process equipment.
  • Adhere to cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines while performing all activities.
  • Maintain good coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.

  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems.
  • Ensure clean room parameters are maintained and troubleshoot as necessary.
  • Operate HVAC Requalification.
  • Communicate relevant EHS issues to the concerned person.
  • Plan and prepare purchase requests with spare and work details according to the format.
  • Coordinate with vendors for covered equipment under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  • Document Preventive maintenance and Breakdown maintenance.
  • Execute running projects, new projects, or plant extension works.
