Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Infor M3 Technical Consultant to lead our technical expertise team in delivering successful implementation projects. As an Infor M3 Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on Infor M3 implementation projects, leveraging your deep understanding of streamserve, Storyteller, OpenText Exstream, M3 Jscript/Java Scripts, Mashup, Smart Office SDK/Web SDK, mforms automation, and other extensibility tools.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of technical experts in delivering high-quality solutions using Infor M3 and other related technologies
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design solutions that meet their expectations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Infor M3 application areas, ensuring seamless adoption and productivity
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and independently manage critical situations, driving timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the design and development of new features and enhancements for Infor M3, aligning with industry trends and customer demands
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful project delivery, fostering strong relationships and effective communication
  • Support the role and responsibilities for Implementation consultancy for Infor M3 application areas of M3
  • Ability to code and configure Stream Serve new versions, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with streamserve, Storyteller, OpenText Exstream, with a proven track record of success
  • Expertise in extensibility tools like M3 Jscript/Java Scripts, Mashup, Smart Office SDK/Web SDK, mforms automation, etc., with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations
  • Strong experience in building applications across platforms and products using Infor ION, with a focus on integration and interoperability
  • Expertise in integrating applications with Infor M3 ERP using Infor ION integration platform, ensuring seamless data exchange and business processes
  • Familiarity in the area of APIs, Message Processing and Integration, with a solid grasp of their roles and importance in modern software systems
  • Experience in designing Infor ION Workflows, Events, Extensions, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and reliability
  • Experience in data migration (ETL) and integration, with a strong understanding of data quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Familiarity in M3 backend database with Infor Implementation methodologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
  • Experience in admin-related tasks like user setup, output management, system backups, deployments, etc., with a focus on security, compliance, and disaster recovery
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and manage daily assignments, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good in business documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging, informative content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Experience in handling team, leading by example, and promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience
