Job Title: Senior Associate - Operations Strategy and Program Management 

As a Senior Associate in Custody Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving success across our portfolio by delivering and managing operations strategy, program management, and automation. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of our business.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality program management services across strategy, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Communicate business strategy and priorities effectively to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver executive reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Partner with Finance, Business Management, and Technology teams to drive key initiatives.
  • Work closely with leads to drive non-financial KPIs and MI.
  • Identify and implement process efficiency opportunities to optimize business outcomes.
 Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and delivery focus.
  • Possess excellent experience in SOTF tools and storytelling.
  • Be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
  • Execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Communicate effectively with attention to detail.
  • Assimilate broad-ranging information quickly.
  • Formulate action plans for senior management.
