Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics professional to drive our Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics efforts. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining GTM and GA4 containers, as well as managing data tracking and reporting requests from business partners.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data tracking and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and consistent data collection across our websites and mobile apps.
- Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for enhanced website/app user experience, marketing strategies, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for data tracking.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on performance across multiple business units/brands, aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in digital analytics, with a strong focus on GTM and GA4.
- Deep understanding of web analytics principles, data tracking methodologies, and digital marketing KPIs.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing GTM containers, tags, triggers, and variables.
- Experience with GA4 implementation, event tracking, custom dimensions/metrics, and reporting.
- Familiarity with other GMP products (BigQuery, Google Ads, Search Console) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
