Job Title: Embedded Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and testing device drivers for ARM SoC.
  • Responsibilities include bringing up the driver, unit testing features, and optimizing performance.
  • Bug analysis and fixing of issues during product verification stage and customer reported issues.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 6+ years of relevant experience in developing driver development with a record of strong individual technical achievement.
  • Strong programming skills in C and Linux experience.
  • Familiarity with ARM/DSP Processor Architecture, JTAG, Emulators, and Device Driver or Board Support Package (BSP) knowledge or development experience.
  • Experience in development of RDK-B, Yocto build framework, QSDK framework and/or PRPL OS development and/or experience in Opensync is an added advantage.
  • Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • Proficiency in Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills using Hardware debuggers.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of ARM/DSP Processor Architecture.
  • Familiarity with Device Driver or Board Support Package (BSP).
  • Experience in development of RDK-B, Yocto build framework, QSDK framework and/or PRPL OS development and/or experience in Opensync.
