About Our Talent Acquisition Internship:

This internship program is designed to equip you with the skills and experience needed to excel in talent acquisition. You will receive hands-on training in all aspects of the recruitment process, with a focus on tech and product roles.

Throughout the program, you will work alongside seasoned recruiters, gaining practical experience and insights into the recruitment industry. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to be onboarded as a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager at our organization.

The goal of this internship is to develop your talents in recruitment, identifying top-tier candidates and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional talent solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
  • Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills.

Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm for recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Students pursuing an MBA or a related field are encouraged to apply, but all educational backgrounds will be considered.
