Job Title: Taxation Team Leader

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our taxation team as a Taxation Team Leader and take on a leadership role in managing our offshore tax group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the day-to-day activities of the offshore tax group.
  • Reviewing tax calculations by tax analysts and ensuring feedback is documented.
  • Mentoring Canada taxation team and ensuring high-quality timely deliverables in client-facing setup.
  • Comply with daily submission of timesheets, updating workflow systems.
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Outsourced Tax Operations from Canada.
  • Experience in handling live tax seasons for Indian/US/UK/Canada.
  • Proficient in using various features of Tax prep and Profile for Canada tax returns preparation (Desirable not mandatory).
  • Excellent Communication Skills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in taxation and accounts.
  • Team Handling experience - mandatory.
  • Should have experience in handling live tax seasons for Indian/US/UK/Canada.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately 6.5 Lac to 7 Lac per annum.

Location: MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai.

Shift Time: 7 AM to 3 PM/ 4PM - 12 PM - Any one shift.

Mode: Hybrid (Post April)
