Key Responsibilities
  • Create captivating digital content, including social media templates and graphics, to engage target audiences.
  • Manage and schedule posts across various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Write professional email content and schedule campaigns, tracking performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the content and support team to design and execute webinars, workshops, and masterclasses.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars, ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, provide insights, and suggest improvements to enhance campaign reach.
  • Support the marketing team in managing performance marketing ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Any Graduate/Undergraduate (Preferred: BBA, MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field).
  • Strong skills in design tools, such as Canva and Photoshop, for creating visual content.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content.
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools, including Buffer, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Familiarity with basic analytics and performance marketing principles.
  • Experience in EdTech, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong creative skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
