**Job Overview:**We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of software solutions for large-scale projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and documenting software applications.The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python, Spark, big query, and UNIX environment Software Enterprise Application development and uses continuous integration and delivery when developing code. Experience in Banking/ Financial technology domain is preferred.**Responsibilities:**
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
**Job Expectations:**
  • Analyze technical requirements and implement software solutions
  • Actively contribute to building next generation solutions for Commercial Banking Services, Digital & Payment channels, enhancing the service levels of current solutions
  • Designs, codes, tests, debug and document software according to standards, policies, procedures, security and compliance requirements
  • Proactively manage risk through implementation of right controls and escalate where required
  • Work with Engineering manager, product owner and Team to ensure that the product is delivered with quality, on time and within budget
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills should be able to work in global development environment
