Agency Training Manager

Seeking a skilled professional to lead training initiatives and drive productivity across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and executing monthly training calendars, conducting new employee onboarding, leading training sessions, and promoting digital learning via LMS and webinars.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and finalize monthly training calendars aligned with annual training plans and business goals.
- Execute the training plan, including travel to various markets for on-ground training delivery.
- Conduct new employee onboarding and activation handholding.
- Lead training initiatives such as Induction, Selling Skills, Objection Handling, and more.
- Promote and manage digital learning via LMS and webinars.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent team management and leadership skills, strong influencing and negotiation skills, and expertise in training delivery and content design.
Requirements:- Graduation in any stream (mandatory).
- MBA preferred (preferably from NIA/MET or AMET).
- Associate/Fellow level certifications (minimum 12 years in training or sales roles).
- General insurance industry experience preferred.
