Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled expert in data quality and master data management to lead our organization's efforts in improving data accuracy and consistency.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in MDM concepts, principles, and best practices. As our ideal candidate, you will have over 8 years of experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues, such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. Additionally, you will establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to our organization's needs. Define data quality metrics and thresholds to measure and monitor data quality levels over time.
  2. Lead interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications.
  3. Maintain excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and timely delivery of results.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices is essential. Over 8 years of experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with metadata and reference data management.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities is crucial.
  • An added advantage would be experience with the Fusion Oracle cloud platform.
