About the Role:

Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Digital Architecture and Security Integration Lead to join our Engineering Enablement group in Bangalore. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with a multi-functional engineering team to develop subsystems and system solutions for digital processing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Guide digital design teams in the development of Safety, Secured, and Low-power Sub-systems and SoC solutions.
  2. Build reusable sub-systems and systems, drive automation, and contribute during the integration of IP and sub-systems into ADI products.
  3. Contribute to ASIC digital system architecture, design, verification, and implementation.
  4. Manage complexity of Safety, Security, and Low-power as overlays on vanilla sub-system architectures.
  5. Continuously improve the development and support model employed on Digital Processing sub-systems to ensure a high level of scalability and efficiency in product engagements.
  6. Support simulation and silicon verification and validation of sub-systems, test and evaluation of ASIC products, and FPGA development systems.
  7. Actively track and proactively communicate status to team and management using Agile development practices.
  8. Extremely good automation skills with Python or any other equivalent scripting language.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering with 10+ years experience.
  2. Experience leading chip architecture and/or digital design.
  3. Strong engineering background in embedded system design, including ASIC microarchitecture, computer architecture, SoC architecture, and custom or standard DSP or hardware accelerator microarchitecture.
  4. A deep understanding of SoC design flow is essential. Should be able to work with the Synthesis, Physical Design, and Timing/Power Analysis teams closely.
  5. Knowledge of embedded software development processes would be beneficial.
  6. Detailed knowledge of ARM, Tensilica, and/or RISC-V processor subsystem architectures, on-chip interconnects, and advanced debug and trace.
  7. Experience with silicon and software product development and understanding the product development lifecycle.
  8. Excellent communication skills, ability to work within a cross-functional, global team.
