Job Description:

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing our personalization platform for clients. You will collaborate with services teams, sales teams, and customer success teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Your expertise in web development and familiarity with marketing automation platforms will enable you to create personalized user experiences and optimize the platform's functionality.

Key responsibilities include implementing, deploying campaigns, and customizing platforms to meet client requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining solutions and features using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant tools and technologies, and optimizing performance to ensure compatibility across browsers, email clients, and devices.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot and debug issues, train users on our platforms, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve web development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies including APIs
  • Experience in mobile optimization for websites
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Figma/Photoshop by creating simple UI layouts and marketing assets
  • Strong understanding of data structures and query logic
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and personalization platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
